How The Fifteen 68 Inc. handles information you send us through this website.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us through this website we receive the name, email address, company and project description you choose to send. Nothing else: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any other company. We use what you send solely to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We rely on your consent, given when you choose to write to us, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who else touches it
This site is hosted by Netlify, whose form service receives and stores what you send before it reaches us. Our email runs on Google Workspace, so the correspondence is held there. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your enquiry for their own purposes. Both operate infrastructure outside Canada, so your information may be stored or processed in other countries, including the United States, under those providers' contractual safeguards.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit. It runs as static files with no database and no login, so there is no account of yours to compromise. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. If a breach ever created a real risk of significant harm to you, we would notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as soon as feasible.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of our correspondence, then removed. We may keep less than that where the law or our accounting obligations require it.
Your rights, and who is accountable
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including the copy held by our form provider. Write to info@thefifteen68.com and we will respond within 30 days. The Fifteen 68 Inc., a corporation incorporated federally in Canada, is responsible for information collected through this site and for anything passed to a service provider on our behalf.
The short version
We only know what you tell us. We do not track you, we do not sell anything, and we will delete your enquiry if you ask.
